She's been ignoring when people cuss at me or something or tell me to get cancer, she does nothing, but if i do something she spots it out. She also muted and kicked Hallow for no reason, not asking if she can tryout the commands.

I feel like she doesn't need to be staff, she has to earn it, just like us not because she is the girlfriend of the Owner
